Fabricum is your personal advisor on rare Hermès scarves — an app for connoisseurs and collectors who care about special, limited and rare editions.

The Archive

The heart of Fabricum is the Curated Research Archive — the result of many years of work. For over 17 years we have been collecting, comparing and cross-checking knowledge about Hermès carrés together with dozens of collectors around the world. Some of that knowledge isn't gathered anywhere else in this depth.

A whole shelf of reference books — now in your pocket: larger, more accurate and always current.

Recognition

Scan a scarf — Fabricum finds it in the Archive and shows what makes each edition different. Recognition is entirely our own work: it runs on our own servers and our own models, built specifically for scarves. Your photo never leaves our infrastructure and is deleted right after the answer.

We designed it to be forgiving about photo quality — a quick shot in a boutique, an auction listing or a slightly crumpled scarf usually works fine. There are trade-offs: the rarer the piece and the poorer the light, the more a second, closer shot helps.

Community

Fabricum grows with its community. Collectors add their own scarves and choose to share them with everyone — community items are always available to all, regardless of subscription. We deeply value every contribution.
