Politique de confidentialité
DGTL TECH LLC («Company», «we», «us», «our») is a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St Ste #46339, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the Fabricum iOS application («the App»).
In short: We collect only the minimum data required to provide core features. We do not track your activity, sell your data, or share it with third parties beyond what is strictly necessary for Apple In-App Purchase.
What we collect
- Device identifier (App Attest). A cryptographic public key registered once per app installation through Apple's App Attest service. Used to enforce the free recognition quota and to prevent abuse. Cannot be linked to your real identity.
- Apple ID (after Sign in with Apple). Optional, used to keep your purchase history and authentication records linked across reinstalls. We receive your Apple-provided unique user identifier and, optionally, your email (you can choose to hide it via Apple Relay).
- In-App Purchase transaction data. Apple sends us transaction identifiers for your purchases (subscriptions and scan packs) through the App Store Server API. We store them to credit your account and to detect duplicates / refunds.
- Recognition records. For each recognition we store a SHA-256 hash of your image, the matched Research Archive entry, and a timestamp. The hash is irreversible and lets us detect duplicates without keeping the photo.
What we do NOT collect or store
- The photo you submitted. Your image is sent to our recognition pipeline, processed, and deleted immediately after the response is generated. We never keep the bytes.
- Your name, address, phone number, contacts, location, browsing history, advertising identifiers.
Third parties
- Recognition runs on our own servers. Your photo is processed by our own recognition pipeline on infrastructure we operate. It is never sent to third-party AI or image-analysis services.
- Apple. App Attest, Sign in with Apple, IAP and App Store Server API are operated by Apple under their privacy policy.
Data retention
- On your device: the history of recognitions (saved by SwiftData) stays on your device until you delete it from the History tab or remove the app.
- On our servers: we retain irreversible image hashes and recognition records for duplicate detection, abuse prevention and service quality. Purchase records (transaction IDs and credit balances) are kept for the lifetime of the account. You can request deletion of your server-side data at any time — see «Your rights».
Your rights
- Access: you can request a copy of the data we hold about you — purchase records and recognition metadata (image hashes and timestamps) — by contacting us.
- Deletion: delete the app to wipe device-side history; email us to delete server-side data.
- GDPR / CCPA: you may exercise rights under your jurisdiction's privacy laws. We respond within 30 days.
Children
The App is not intended for persons under 13. The reason is simple: Fabricum includes game-like mechanics — daily challenge quizzes, achievements and leaderboards — and some jurisdictions place restrictions on such features for children.
Changes to this policy
We will publish updates here and bump the date above. Significant changes will be announced with a push notification in the App.
